especially if you're new to Hatha or Yoga I want to reassure you that there will be no acrobatics or headstands.
I am always conscious about safety and comfort.
Come prepared by:
hydrating before class and bring water bottle with you
a water dispenser is available on site
invest in a good yoga mat - you'll be glad you did
No under wire bra-for your own health and safety
Read the waiver and be prepared to sign one at first visit.
